This springform pan was just the one I had been searching for. Baked perfectly - no sticking after prepared as my recipe called for. I do not use a cake nor cookie crust. Pure cheese cake. Used twice within 2 weeks and had great results both times. I had been looking for this pan for a long time since my old one finally gave out after 40 years.

So far after about 10 cheesecakes it is still working great. Glad I didn't spend the money on an expensive one again. I still wrap it in foil just in case but it doesn't seem to leak at all.
