This is your basic Wilton cake pan. It works great, and the cake comes out, especially if you use the Wilton Cake Release prodcut. Yes, the ingredients of Cake Release are kind of gross...actually, totally gross. But butter and flour, oil and flour dont work as well in these pans.I use Wilton shaped pans for every birthday. I make modifications here and there, this ended up being a fairy as I cute out wings from another cake. But if you arent that confident, use as is and it is like a coloring book with frosting. I use a star tip and fill it in. It is time consuming but so worth it!
