I was glad to find a non-aluminum pan of this size to use in my Kuhn Rikon, and this worked well. No discoloration after the first use and the results were very satisfactory. The pan has a light feel, not very sturdy if it were knocked about, I suppose, but very adequate for my infrequent use.
