My husband loves flan with caramel. I purchased this mold to give my flans a beautiful shape, and let me say... I love how it holds the caramel inside the hearts. It was a nice experience. Am using it for jello also, I first have to learn how to do a two colors jello (One color each tier). Hope it comes as cute as the flan.
