Thus far, I have placed two orders with the company. On my second order, I ordered 6 cakes. Two out of the six appeared "smashed," which I believe was due to the vacuum packaging process. The cakes I saw on display at the El Paso Xmas Fair resembled a bundt cake and were very savory. I was very disappointed with the appearance of these two flattened cakes and I e-mailed the Cake Company. Without question and without having to return the items, I received two replacement cakes, free of charge, within three working days. I was very pleased with the service and intend to place future orders.
