What a Great product! The pans were very easy to use and just as easy to clean. I used the Tannenbaum recipe suggested on Frieling's website and ended up with delicious, quick-to-make cookies. The cookies cooled and set faster than anticipated and slid intact right out of the forms. I'm looking forward to using the included skewers to stack the cookies and make Christmas trees for the holiday.With as convenient and excellent as this product is, I will be using it often and am eager to experiment with different recipes as well as see what other creative things (in addition to Tannenbaum) I can concoct with the star-shaped forms.

LOVE these pans, they are so much fun! The technical stuff- seem to be well-made. The non-stick finish is great(so much better than traditional teflon),the 'stars' released perfectly everytime (used a non-stick spray). Cleanup is easy since nothing sticks. I found you don't have to wait the 10 minute cool-down time recommended on the box after baking & was impressed by how quickly the pans cool down so you can refill & bake again almost immediately (really nice when you're baking lots of them). I was able to refill 3 times with a pound cake batter. Now- the fun part! The Christmas trees are so easy to put together (skewers included!)& perfect for the holidays. But there's a lot of room to get creative. Use the 'stars' separately instead of cupcakes. I played around & discovered if you slightly overfill the pans, as they cook the stars become more rounded & look like flowers, especially after decorating with icing. And the pan is pretty too, if you have open shelves or glass front cabinets! I want to try savory versions using a biscuit or cornbread batter this winter to have with soup. I bet you could use a muffin or cookie mix too. These turned out to be a great buy because they are so versatile. Definitely recommend them!
