It's hard to say as the cake that was to be made in this pan did not turn out right. The instructions were a bit off, and the cake was one big mess. I am certain that it was not the pan, but a recipe that should not have been put on line. Nevertheless, I am more than satisfied with the product, and will be putting it to use really soon.
