I have several pieces of Anolon Bakeware, and I am thrilled with their performance. This square pan is no exception! It is a nice heavy weight, and unlike other so-called nonstick pans, this one really is nonstick! I no longer have to grease my pans when baking, and everything comes out of the oven perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this pan or any other pieces in the Anolon Bakeware collection! You won't be disappointed!

My Wife has not found anything that she can not do in these pans. She has thrown out about 10, 9 inch pans because they did not work or stuff got stuck or you could not clean the corners. These go along with her new Analon Pot set, which she loves.
